After we have had our first contact, we will arrange a personal meeting or teleconference for you with one of our representatives. During this meeting we will clarify the details of your request. This will provide us with the building blocks to complete the process successfully.
Due to shifting demand and supply throughout the year our stock of potential candidates may vary. As we have analysed your request we shall provide you with proper feedback and a timeframe that we think we can complete your request in.
Since we aim to provide the most personalised solution for your recruitment demands, we shall perform an in-depth analysis of both technical and cultural requirements for the open positions. Based on this extensive analysis we will find the most suitable candidates for your company.
After finding suitable candidates based on your technical requirements, our recruitment experts will perform a interviewing process where we will analyse and test our candidates to see if their interest, character and personal requirements are in line with your company’s values and goals. Any notable weaknesses will be worked on through extra training provided by Covenant to ensure that candidates are at their best when moving on to the company interview.
After having gone through the pre-selection process, the candidate will be interviewed either during the internship in one day or otherwise. Soon after, the candidate will receive notice of the status of their application and subsequently the company will report back to Covenant.
